You won’t want to miss this evening of music and cuisine inspired by African American, Middle Eastern, and North African traditions.
Philadelphia Orchestra cellist and Intercultural Journeys' Artistic Director, Udi Bar-David, along with renowned Chef Michèle Haines will take you on a powerful journey with food and music. Widely considered as one of the most versatile cellists in the world today, Udi is equally at home as a classical cellist and an innovative improviser of music of all genres. Udi will feature many of the songs featured on this most recent, highly acclaimed CD, Beyond Borders. In addition, Chef Michèle’s amazing photographs will be on display and available for purchase during an informal auction.
