Robert Doyle

President, Canyon Records

Robert Doyle is the owner of Canyon Records, one of the country’s oldest independent record companies. Founded in 1951, Canyon Records specializes in Native American music and features the music of R. Carlos Nakai, a frequent Intercultural Journey’s collaborator.

Canyon Records has earned two gold records (sales over 500,000).  Its artists have been Grammy finalists 26 times with one win for "Bless the People".

Mr. Doyle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Theory & Composition and Master's Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
