Ramona Vosbikian

Member, Board of Directors, Philadelphia Orchestra Association


Ramona Vosbikian has spent many years as a volunteer in ministries that address the needs of the poor, as well as in activities for St. Peter Celestine Parish in Cherry Hill, NJ and the Diocese of Camden.  These include chairing a $1.5 million capital fund drive and serving as a Trustee for the parish.  She is currently Chairman of the Volunteer Education Committee of The Philadelphia Orchestra Association and is a docent to youngsters attending the Orchestra's school concerts.  In addition, she now chairs the Orchestra's Board Education Committee.

She has served as a team leader or team member for Global Volunteers in Spain, Mexico and rural Mississippi living and working with locals on community-defined projects.  She serves on the Advisory Board of St. Malachy School in North Philadelphia and has been instrumental in providing music education to its students.  She joined the Board of Symphony in C in 2007 with a desire to support the symphony and to work in the music education outreach in the schools in Camden.
